The Weather in Northern Georgia

Well, right now, it sucks. The temperature is cycling between 31 F and 33F, and there's a freezing rain falling. If it were colder, and dryer, the insulation in one's clothing would work (if one were crazy enough to go outdoors). If it were warmer, but still wet, one would not have to be afraid of ice on the roads in the morning, aggravated by the incompetent aggressive drivers we seem to have here these days.

As things are, we have cold, miserable, wet, *uncertain* weather. It's partly icy and partly just wet and cold. There's ice all over the Sweety's truck, and mailbox, but her very steep driveway is (at the moment) just wet. Yah, I know, this is normal at this place and this season, but The Sweety may have to drive to work in it tomorrow. (Uh, this morning)

Through shaded North-facing places which may have black ice on them.

Georgia drivers (in the Atlanta region) are notoriously incompetent when having to manage bad road conditions. I do so hope the driveway here is so iced up, come going-to-work time, that The Sweety just calls in and says it's impossible. That way she won't have to risk her life with the doodahs on the slippery roads.

Owhell, she has a good front-wheel-drive car (a Honda) with good tires.
